Are you kidding? This part was a revelation. Did you know this? This seems specific:
"He was ahead of his time. All the recovery stuff that we're doing right now. The foam rollers, massages, things like that, he was doing that back in the day. Not many guys were doing that back then. He was phenomenal that way."
I also should have noted -- Perron absolutely lit up when talking about Kariya. Going to add that. He wasn't being prodded, in this case. He was happy to field this one.
